How we help law enforcement and the courts​

 Provide the court defense attorneys and prosecutors with information and reports about defendants and their progress, including a first appearance report. Reports regarding the defendant’s appearance and recidivism, and other requested information by public entities will be provided in regular reports.

Ensure that defendants will appear on their designated court date by providing a system of supervision and support during the critical pretrial period. By helping the defendants we reduce the tendency of the criminal defendant to reoffend.
