Advocate for Pretrial Bail Reform
Bail is an important part of the pretrial system and you can help us make a difference with how our courts handle pretrial. Courts are taking advantage of people and continuing to get away with it. The courts set unreasonably high bail rates and then blame the bail agents when defendants can’t afford to post bail in the amounts ordered by the judge. The courts are not designed to help the people, but lock them away. Ask your State Senate and Assembly representative to be a part of this change. Give power back to the people.
You can help us with campaigns to educate city officials and the general public about the critical issues surrounding the current pretrial system.
